Student Practicum
At Infinite Horizons Psychotherapy, we believe in doing our part to support the professional development of therapists entering this field.
Having worked with practicum students from schools such as Yorkville University and Laurier in the past, we are prepared and eager to welcome students into our clinic.
What to expect
By completing your student practicum with us, you can expect:

To work with clients that are appropriate for your level of training.

To receive support that will equip you with tools that will help you navigate risk, experiences of countertransference, moments of "stuckness", prevent burnout, and other situations that one commonly experiences in session as a therapist.

To receive weekly supervision.

To meet your school requirements.
