Celeste Francis-Gomesz (she/her)

Associate Therapist, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) | MACP, RP(Q)

You’re here because you have been able to manage, but are now realizing that things could be better. Maybe your self-esteem feels low, your identity feels unclear, or you find yourself constantly questioning who you are, how you’re perceived, and whether you’re “enough.” You might be finding yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, falling into perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

For many people, especially those who identify as BIPOC or 2SLGBTQ+, these struggles don’t exist in a vacuum. They’re shaped by cultural expectations, lived experiences, and environments that haven’t always felt safe, affirming, or reflective of who you are.

In our work together, we’ll get curious about the patterns that keep you stuck, whether that’s harsh self-criticism, anxiety, or feeling like you’re never quite measuring up. I draw from Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you develop awareness of how your mind and body hold stress and to explore practical ways of moving toward balance and self-acceptance. Together, we work toward easing anxiety, improving body image, and strengthening your sense of identity and belonging.

Therapy is an opportunity to come home to yourself – to gain more clarity, confidence, and alignment with who you actually are, and not who you’ve been told to be. To reconnect with the parts of you that have been silenced or pushed aside, and to begin creating a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and whole.

As a therapist, my areas of focus include:
Self-Esteem & Identity | Anxiety & Overthinking | Body Image | Trauma | Support for BIPOC & 2SLGBTQ+ Communities

If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I offer a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I’d be honoured to support you as you rediscover safety, connection, and confidence in your own voice and body.
