I work with adults (18+) who are carrying more than they let on, whether that shows up as anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that makes everything feel heavy, or the kind of burnout that leaves you running on empty. For some, this is layered with chronic pain, chronic illness, ADHD, or the ongoing demands of caregiving.

Many of the people I support are used to holding it together on the outside. They’re the ones others rely on—caregivers, professionals, high-functioning individuals—while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how much longer they can keep going like this.

In our work together, we focus on getting underneath the surface. That might look like making sense of persistent anxiety, the numbness or hopelessness that can come with depression, or the emotional toll of living in a body that doesn’t always cooperate. It’s also about creating space to be honest, without having to minimize, explain away, or “stay strong” for anyone else.

Along the way, we’ll work to:

  • Understand the patterns keeping you stuck
  • Find steadier ways to cope with stress, pain, and emotional overwhelm
  • Rebuild a sense of self that isn’t just about getting through the day
  • Create room for rest, boundaries, and choices that actually feel sustainable

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you don’t need to have everything figured out to start feeling better, you just need a space where you don’t have to do it alone.

My areas of focus include:
Anxiety | Depression | Burnout | Chronic Pain & Illness | ADHD | Trauma | Self-Esteem & Identity | BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ Affirming Care

If you’re ready to get started, I always offer a 20-min consult to see if we are a good fit. I’d love to help you get the help they need to live better.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me piecing together a jigsaw puzzle (the bigger, the better!), experimenting in the kitchen with baking or cooking, or exploring new restaurants—because food is both comfort and adventure. I also love playing video games (a great way to unwind and embrace my playful side). These hobbies keep me creative, connected, and grounded, reminding me of the joy in both focus and fun.
