You’re noticing that you’re being more impacted by life than you have before. You feel tired, confused, frustrated at yourself and others, and just want to finally get out of this rut. You’re feeling unmotivated, having trouble sleeping, feeling irritable, and may even be feeling bodily tensions and headaches. You’re realizing that what you’re doing isn’t helping anymore and are looking for support so that you can have a peace of mind, feel more confident, have stronger relationships, more clarity, and finally feel like yourself again. You’re looking to feel mentally and physically better.

I support both individuals and couples get to a stronger and more resilient headspace, so that they may feel more confident and better equipped to navigate the ups and downs of life. I do so by collaboratively working to better understand what is happening, why, and what is needed. I provide therapy in English or Farsi.

I strive to help people feel more connected to themselves—to slow down, listen to what their mind and body are telling them, and understand what they truly want. I believe there is value in learning to meet yourself where you are, rather than always feeling pressure to be somewhere else.

I tailor each session to the client’s unique needs, pace, and values, recognizing that some sessions may focus on processing emotions, while others may simply involve slowing down and creating space to reflect. I offer free hour-long consultations with no obligation to continue if you don’t feel that we are a good fit. My main priority is that you feel comfortable with me.

Fun fact: Your first full session with me will be FREE.

I can’t wait to meet you!

Outside of therapy, I love exploring the city on foot—often walking somewhere that probably wasn’t meant to be walkable—and trying new matcha and coffee spots along the way. I enjoy cooking, especially Italian food, and spending time on my mat doing Pilates or strength training. Time with my friends and family is really important to me, but I also appreciate slower moments at home, which sometimes means doing absolutely nothing and just looking at my cat. And when I need to completely switch off, a good reality show usually does the trick!

I’m originally from Iran, lived in Italy for a couple of years, and now call Canada home. Living across different cultures has shaped my appreciation for connection, identity, belonging, and the different ways we create a sense of home.
