You are feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, or just so sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. Maybe you’re grappling with childhood experiences, overthinking that doesn’t let you rest, bodily tensions, lack of motivation, navigating family dynamics, or exploring your identity, including neurodivergence or self-esteem challenges. With me, you’re met with a warm and down-to-earth space where you can show up as you are. Together, we use integrative approaches like Somatic Therapy, CBT, and Emotion-Focused work to help you build self-awareness, process the past, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and concrete tools.
I support you through anxiety, depression, PTSD/CPTSD, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, grief, trauma, and life transitions using an integrative, trauma-informed approach. Drawing from Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Somatic work, sessions are tailored to help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful, lasting change.
You deserve to feel seen, safe, and understood. If you’re ready to explore your story with curiosity, compassion, and maybe even a little humour, or if you’re ready to learn how to do this, I’m here to support you.
Fun fact: Your first session with me will be FREE.
I can’t wait to meet you!

More About Me
Outside of working with clients, I find myself exploring other interests and have been learning to play instruments again, focusing on piano this time the piano and pretending I can keep a plant alive for longer than a week. I work to balance my insatiable curiosity of the world with a good podcast or with the guilty pleasure of a good fantasy novel. And for when the world aligns, I love attending a live play or musical with my two sons.
