Meet Your Therapist
You're here because you're consumed by racing thoughts, self-doubt, stress, and general feelings of anxiety. You find yourself overthinking everything and end up feeling exhausted, on edge, bad about yourself, and unmotivated as a result.
You're trying so hard to keep it together, but are noticing that you need help. You're here because you are ready to take the next step and work with a professional so that you can feel good about yourself. If this sounds like you, I would like to truly commend you for even entertaining the idea to seek help, as that's not necessarily easy to do.
You've already taken a huge step just by being here, and I'm here to help you through the rest. It would be my absolute honour to support you through this but first, here is a little more information about me to see if you would like to move forward and work with me.
What I do
My name is Paula Gonzalez (she/her) and I'm the founder and clinical director of Infinite Horizons Psychotherapy. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and a Certified Canadian Counsellor and Supervisor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
My priority is to create a space that helps you feel comfortable, at ease, and motivated. The way I see it, YOU'RE the one in charge here and the expert of your experience. My role is to rely on my 8+ years' worth of training, education, and experience to create this space for you to process and work through what's going on for you and help you get to where you'd like to be. We'll work together to help you get there.
