  • I specialize in... supporting individuals with chronic pain, anxiety, burnout, ADHD, parenting.

  • I use... Mindfulness-Based Techniques mixed with Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other approaches.

  • I am available... Mon & Thurs (5pm-7pm); Tues, Weds & Fri (1pm-3pm and 5pm-7pm); Saturdays (upon request).

My idea vacation is anywhere on a soft sandy beach at an all inclusive.
